Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is OUTYNDRCLUB, trading as OUT YNDR CLUB, ABN 35 159 335 363, based in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland (“Promoter”).

Motion Four Justice and Destiny Rescue are not promoters of this giveaway and are not responsible for its administration, prize fulfilment or winner selection.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By entering the 4 Runners. 4 Weeks. 4 Medley Bags Giveaway (“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. Promotional period

The Promotion begins when the original giveaway post is published on the @outyndrclub Instagram account on 16 September 2026.

The Promotion closes at 9:30 pm AEST on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received after a weekly entry cut-off will automatically be included in the next applicable draw. Entries received after the final closing time will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. The Motion Four Justice runners, employees or contractors of Motion Four Justice or Destiny Rescue, and their immediate family members are also ineligible.

“Immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild, whether by birth, marriage, adoption or de facto relationship.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and provide an Australian delivery address if selected as a winner.

No purchase or donation is required to enter. Making a donation does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

5. How to enter

During the Promotional Period, an eligible entrant must:

1. Follow @motionfourjustice on Instagram;
2. Follow @outyndrclub on Instagram; and
3. Comment on the original giveaway post published by @outyndrclub, tagging one person who should know about the Motion Four Justice mission.

Each valid comment tagging one different Instagram account constitutes one entry.

Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided each comment tags a different genuine Instagram account. Repeatedly tagging the same account will only count as one entry.

The tagged person does not need to enter the Promotion.

Tags of the entrant’s own account, businesses, brands, public figures, celebrities, giveaway accounts, automated accounts, fake accounts or accounts created primarily for competitions will not constitute valid entries.

Entries submitted through bots, scripts, automated services, multiple fraudulent accounts or other unfair methods will be disqualified.

Comments must remain visible on the original giveaway post and entrants must continue following both specified accounts at the time of the relevant draw.

Sharing the Promotion, following the Motion Four Justice journey or donating to the fundraiser is encouraged but is not a condition of entry.

6. Weekly draws and cumulative entries

Four winners will be selected across four weekly random draws.

Every valid entry will remain active in every remaining weekly draw until either:

• The entrant is confirmed as a winner; or
• The Promotion ends.

Entries do not expire or reset after each weekly draw. Entrants do not need to enter again each week.

For example, if an entrant submits five valid entries before the first draw and does not win, all five entries will remain in Draws 2, 3 and 4. Any additional valid entries submitted during the Promotional Period will be added to that entrant’s existing entries.

Each draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, at approximately 10:00 am AEST. Following eligibility verification, the winner may first be announced by a member of the Motion Four Justice team as they continue their run across Australia.

The announcement will be shared through @outyndrclub no later than 9:30 pm AEST on the applicable draw date. Each winner will also be contacted directly and exclusively by the official @outyndrclub Instagram account.

An entrant may win only once. Once an entrant has been verified and confirmed as a winner, all entries belonging to that entrant will be removed from subsequent draws.

Each winner will be selected at random using an electronic random-selection method. This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

The Promoter may select reserve entries in case a provisionally selected winner is found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid.

7. Prizes

There are four prizes available.

Each prize is one Medley Classic Bundle from OUT YNDR CLUB, valued at AUD $365 including GST at the beginning of the Promotion.

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $1,460 including GST.

Each Medley Classic Bundle includes the standard products and accessories advertised as part of the bundle on the OUT YNDR CLUB website at the beginning of the Promotion.

The available colour will be subject to stock availability. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a winner’s preferred available colour but cannot guarantee a particular colour.

Standard delivery to one Australian residential or postal address is included.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any alternative product. If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner notification and verification

Each provisional winner will be:

• Announced through @outyndrclub Instagram Stories on the applicable draw date; and
• Contacted by direct message from the official @outyndrclub Instagram account.

The Promoter will never request payment, credit-card information or banking details from a winner.

A provisional winner must respond within seven calendar days and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery, including their full name, age, Australian residential address and delivery details.

A prize will not be awarded until the Promoter has confirmed that the selected entrant satisfies these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to their first name and Instagram username being announced by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion.

9. Unclaimed or invalid prizes

If a provisional winner:

• Does not respond within seven calendar days;
• Cannot be contacted using reasonable efforts;
• Does not provide the requested verification information;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Has not complied with these Terms and Conditions; or
• Declines the prize,

the provisional winner will forfeit the prize.

The Promoter may then award the prize to a valid reserve entry or conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Any replacement winner will be contacted and announced in the same manner as the original winner.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false, incomplete or misleading information;
• Uses multiple fraudulent or automated accounts;
• Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the entry or draw process;
• Engages in spam, abusive conduct or conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, Motion Four Justice or Destiny Rescue;
• Submits an entry that infringes another person’s rights; or
• Otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the Instagram account used to enter.

11. Technical problems

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues, platform outages, network failures, account settings or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, platform interruption or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

12. Privacy

The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and delivering prizes.

Information provided by a winner may be shared with delivery providers and other service providers only to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the prize and administer the Promotion.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the OUT YNDR CLUB Privacy Policy available on the Promoter’s website and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter using the email address stated above.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Promoter is not responsible for the actions, omissions, services or content of Instagram, Motion Four Justice, Destiny Rescue or any third-party website linked in connection with the Promotion.

14. Instagram disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability associated with the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms of use. The Promoter does not encourage or require entrants to inaccurately tag themselves or other people in photographs or content.

15. Relationship to Motion Four Justice and Destiny Rescue

The purpose of the Promotion is to help raise awareness of the Motion Four Justice campaign and its fundraising efforts in support of Destiny Rescue.

Entry is free and is not conditional upon making a donation. Giveaway entries and prize distribution are administered solely by the Promoter.

Any donation made through the Motion Four Justice fundraising link is separate from this Promotion and is subject to the terms, policies and processes of the relevant fundraising platform and recipient organisation.

16. Promoter’s decisions

Subject to applicable law, the Promoter’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, winner selection and administration of the Promotion are final.

If an error or omission affects the fair administration of the Promotion, the Promoter may take any reasonable steps necessary to correct it while preserving fairness for entrants.

17. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

18. Changes to these terms

The Promoter may update these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to correct an error, comply with the law or address circumstances beyond its control.

Any material change will be published on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through @outyndrclub. A change will not retrospectively disadvantage an entrant unless required by law.
